📌 IMPORTANT SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE 📌
We will be taking a break from all shipping orders from 28th August - 20th September!
To receive your orders ASAP, we highly recommend you order by the 22nd August to receive them in time as we cannot guarantee deliveries afterwards.
All orders made 28th August onwards will likely be dispatched from 23rd September.
Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences and we will make shipments our priority upon our return.

ENKEL ships to most countries worldwide.
For NZ orders, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be delivered, depending on your location. Orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

NEW ZEALAND
- $5.50NZD flat rate NZ shipping (non-rural)
- $8.50NZD flat rate NZ shipping (rural)
- Free shipping for NZ orders over $50 (non-rural)
- $3.50NZD flat rate for NZ orders over $50 (rural)
AUSTRALIA
- $20AUD flat rate AUS shipping*
REST OF THE WORLD
- $45NZD flat rate shipping*
All of our parcels include tracking, and a tracking link will be sent to your email address after your order has been dispatched.
* Our shipping rates are calculated from NZD in our system. Please be aware that there may be slight fluctuations in the fees when converted to your currency, according to the current exchange rate.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
If your parcel is Signature Required, please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel upon delivery.
Non-Signature parcels are sent at the buyer's risk, so please make sure there is a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel. Neither ENKEL nor our postal service are liable for parcels that get stolen after delivery.
SERVICE DELAYS
ENKEL is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external circumstances (custom and tax, clearance delays etc.) and/ or local holidays. We also cannot guarantee overnight shipping.
ENKEL is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages once it has been shipped out. For these enquiries, please contact NZ Post with your tracking number for more details.
**COVID-19**
Please note that there may be some shipping delays of an extra 1-3 days.
All orders are packed carefully with safety precautions in place.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please keep in mind that orders can only be cancelled with communication via email at info@enkel.co.nz within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order has been fulfilled and shipped out, your order can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
